This questionnaire marks the first stage in the Telecommunications European Social Dialogue Committee’s follow-up of its considerable work on MSD issues.

Assessing the national implementation of the good practice guidelines, published in October 2005, is essential in informing further work on this subject. The committee is concerned that initiatives launched in the context of the European social dialogue should be felt at the local level and in the workplace.
